Start here: $399 for 6 personal training sessions


This is where most people begin—it gives us time to get to know you, understand your goals, and build a plan, while you get to experience how we coach and see if we’re the right fit.

Personal training typically starts at about $125 per session.
Youth personal training is about $50 per session.
Packages are available for both.

From there, most clients transition into our monthly class-based memberships.

Our class memberships break down to about $15–$30 per class, depending on your plan and how consistently you attend.

Most memberships are simple monthly auto-renew—no long-term contracts, just a 30-day cancellation notice. You’re not locked in, but you’re set up to stay consistent.

The members who see the best results are here 3–4 days per week, building strength, improving conditioning, and stacking small wins over time. That consistency is where the real return comes from.
