ADULT TRAINING 

Our adult classes are built on the foundation of strength and conditioning. Strength is at the core of everything we do—because strength rules the world. Whether you’re lifting, moving, or showing up for life’s daily challenges, we believe building strength builds resilience. Our conditioning? It gets you ready to take on the world—faster, tougher, and more capable than ever. Every session is coached, scalable, and focused on progress, helping you become the strongest, fittest version of yourself. 

WEIGHTLIFTING

The Warwick Weightlifting Club is a community dedicated to Olympic weightlifting. We offer a top-notch training hall , expert coaching for technique improvement, and a supportive environment for members focused on excelling in snatch and clean and jerk lifts. Alongside on-site training, we provide remote coaching via the TrueCoach app. Additionally, our coaches actively support and guide members at local and national competitions we attend.

YOUTH Training 

Our Youth Training Program is designed to empower the next generation of athletes by combining athletic development and Olympic weightlifting. Tailored specifically for young individuals, this program emphasizes strength, agility, and endurance while fostering physical development and preparing participants for college readiness.

Whether you’re aiming to compete or simply want to become fitter and healthier, this program is for you. With expert coaching and a state-of-the-art training hall, we focus on enhancing technique in lifts like the snatch and clean and jerk, alongside building overall athletic performance. For those who choose to compete, our coaches provide unwavering support, guiding athletes through local and national competitions.

This comprehensive program ensures holistic growth, helping youth succeed both on and off the platform.

Youth Strength & Weightlifting Program (Ages 6–17)

Our Youth Program builds strong, confident athletes through athletic development and Olympic weightlifting fundamentals in a safe, coach-led environment. Training focuses on strength, coordination, speed, technique, and overall fitness — whether athletes want to compete or simply get stronger and healthier.

Ages 6–12: Fun, structured sessions that teach movement basics, agility, and introductory strength and lifting skills.

Ages 13–17: Performance-focused training with strength work and Olympic lift progressions (snatch & clean and jerk), plus conditioning and competition prep for interested athletes.

Teen athletes may have the option to train outside regular class times with coach approval.
